Why is Leiva’s coffee so good?

First, we’re a family-owned Guatemalan farm. It is a fact that some of the world’s best coffee comes from our proud country. Secondly, our farm is blessed with four crystal clear streams that aid the “wet process” we use to convert the raw coffee plant into coffee. Third, our family farm yields more than coffee. Here you find oranges, oak trees, bananas and papayas, and you can taste these influences in every cup. Lastly, Leiva’s Coffee is a single-origin coffee. That means our coffee is never blended with coffees from other countries or even other Guatemalan farms. The result is a consistently smooth, bold, and distinct taste.

Of course, we also like to think that the good you can do by purchasing our coffee also contributes to its fine flavor.

A light roast with a bold flavor, it is named for our family's matriarch, Reina Leiva. This signature nutty and earthy roast is made with 100% single-origin Arabica beans for a full-bodied, complex and rich flavor.

Abuelo Fuerte

Bold Roast

Featuring a full-bodied, rich flavor, this bold roast bears many of the characteristics for which the coffee was named for, our patriarch Ezequiel Leiva. The single-origin, 100% Arabica beans are roasted longer, bringing out the natural sugars of the beans to give the coffee its distinctive flavor.
